House Rules

Welcome to Casa Valencia. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules.

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Please communicate your estimated arrival time in advance
• Late arrivals (after 9:00 PM) must be arranged beforehand

2. Maximum Occupancy

The property accommodates a maximum number of guests as stated in your booking confirmation. Exceeding this number is not permitted. Day visitors must be authorized in advance.

3. Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors and the peaceful nature of the surroundings.

4. Pets

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. We love animals, but to ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain hygiene standards, no pets may be brought onto the property.

5. Children

Children are welcome. However, please note that infants under 2 years of age are not accepted due to safety considerations and the nature of the property. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

6. Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

7. Cleanliness & Care

• Treat the property and its contents with care and respect
• Leave the kitchen clean and dishes washed before departure
• Report any damage or breakage immediately to the host
• Do not move furniture between rooms
• Use the provided equipment and appliances responsibly

8. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Breakage or damage must be reported promptly. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged accordingly.

9. Waste & Recycling

Please separate waste according to the recycling instructions provided in the kitchen. Dispose of garbage in the designated bins before departure.

10. Outdoor Areas

• The garden and terrace are available for guest use
• Please keep outdoor areas tidy
• Close gates and doors when entering or leaving

11. Parking

Parking is available on the property. Park only in designated areas. The host is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or personal belongings left in them.

12. Air Conditioning & Heating

Please turn off air conditioning and heating when leaving the house. Keep windows and doors closed when these systems are in use.

13. Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi access is provided for personal use. The host is not responsible for service interruptions or speed limitations imposed by the local provider.

14. Loss of Keys

In case of lost keys, please notify the host immediately. A replacement fee may be charged for key replacement and, if necessary, lock replacement.

15. Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for the full cancellation policy.

16. Compliance with Regulations

Guests must comply with all applicable Italian laws and local regulations. The property is registered as a tourist accommodation under CIN: IT065091C2Z4WKZTSL.
